The  First  Step  is  to  Setup  the  Connection  to  your  Host  Server. So  you  will  click on  New Server.

 New Server is located on  the  Right Side under FTP-servers

When  you  first download and install  FTP Commander there  will  be several  folders  showing in  the window. You  can  delete all  of  them  because  you  really do not  need them.  This will leave the FTP Server side  empty.

Step No. 1 is  to  Get  Connected to Your  Server Host.
You  cannot  Transfer files until your  are  connected  to  your  Host
